If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.  We cannot accept returned items that have been used or tampered with. Orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If the package was damaged in shipment, please Customer Relations at 218-253-4328 or contact us by e-mail (info@outdoorstovesupplies.com) before returning.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

In the event of temporary shortages of products, we reserve the right to substitute other brands of equal or higher quality.
